Cancellation Policy

  • If you are unable to keep your appointment please call 24 hours in advance.
  • Appointments that are late 15 minutes without notice will be considered cancelled.
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, will be charged 50% of the service value.
  • Cancellations less than 1 hour notice will be charged 100% of the service value.
  • All No-Show appointments will be charged 100% of the service value.
  • Clients are responsible for informing of any allergies or sensitivities.
