Homemade Mulled Apple Cider Recipe for healthy skin

Stay warm, happy and healthy this winter season with nourishing mulled apple cider! Packed with vitamin C and antioxidant-rich spices, this cozy drink not only supports your immune system but also helps you unwind and recharge.

For an extra boost, add hydrolyzed collagen to help maintain healthy skin, hair and nails. It’s the perfect companion to your winter self-care routine.

Ingredients

  • 6 cups apple cider
  • ¼ cup real maple syrup or honey
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 6 whole cloves
  • 6 whole allspice berries
  • Peel of 1 organic orange
  • 1 inch cube of fresh ginger, sliced into strips
  • Optional: 2.5 tsp hydrolyzed collagen per serving

Directions

  1. In a large stainless steel saucepan, combine apple cider and maple syrup (or honey)
  2. Place cinnamon sticks, cloves, allspice berries, orange peel, and ginger strips in a square of washed cheesecloth. Gather the corners, tie with kitchen string to create a spice bundle, and drop it into the saucepan
  3. Heat the cider mixture over medium heat until it’s very hot but not boiling, about 5–10 minutes
  4. Remove from heat and discard the spice bundle
  5. For an added glow, add 2.5 tsp of collagen powder to a dry mug or cup. Ladle in the cider, stir well, and enjoy! For an extra touch, garnish each serving with a fresh cinnamon stick

Take a moment to sip, relax, and embrace the warmth of the season.

This simple recipe is a wonderful way to indulge in wellness from the inside out. Cheers to glowing skin and cozy winter nights! ✨

Yours Truly,
